Chinese Herbal Teas
for Your Health
Health benefits of herbal teas: Herbal tea has non or much less caffeine than regular tea. Some herbal teas contain just herbs without regular tea while some herbal teas combine herbs with regular teas. Chinese herbs may have special effects for your health.
